LOCATION
Lavender Cottage is located within the pretty domesday village of Iden.
A five minute walk down the road will bring you to the friendly village pub " The Bell Inn" and local store providing fresh milk and produce. The village also benefits from a bowling green, church and playing fields.
Two miles south, is the popular medieval town of Rye. A mecca for foodies due to numerous quality restaurants and pubs with an array of events taking place throughout the year.
Three miles along from Rye are the stunning sand dunes of Camber Sands, where guests can watch the world go by nestled inside the huge dunes.
North from the cottage, will take you into Kent, the nearest town being Tenterden (five miles), with its wide tree lined high street and abundant shops and eateries. Battle, Hastings and Winchelsea are all within easy reach of Lavender Cottage.
